GOD LOVES YOU!

“Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; Yes, our God is merciful.”(Psalm 116:5)

When I was a young boy I used to get a peculiar headache. I would go to my teacher, tell her about my pain and go home. On one such day as I was heading home my mother saw me, understood my agony, took me home, let me lie on her lap and with love massaged my head as I fell asleep without a care in the world.
 
Our Master is also like this, when the holy spirit comes into our heart we will become as a master or mother to so many people all over the world. 
The Compassion of God, our great Lord came into the world in the form of a man. When he saw the multitudes who were with bitterness he was moved with Compassion and healed everyone who came in search of him. Jesus is moved with Compassion and love towards you on this day. The holy spirit is concerned about you today. Our Lord wants to shower His love upon you this very moment, all He is asking for is that you look unto Him.

SCRIPTURE TO LIFE
 
A study says that there is no love greater than the mother’s love. It is a love without expectation or validation but we know that there is a love much greater, a love that will not abandon us even when our own mother’s love does. Yes, our God’s love is more than we can imagine or expect. It is unconditional and will consume us. When we are lonely or feel unloved, we need to proclaim this heavenly love. When we are lost or so we think, we need to catch hold of this love for when we have tasted Jesus’s love we will never seek any other kind of love.

Prayer:

Wonderful Father! I feel unloved, lost and lonely. I seek your face. I want your love in my life. I want your unconditional love to consume me that I may not be lonely. You have seen me at my worst and still chose me. Let me taste your love so that I may not chase the worldly things in vain. I earn for your love today Lord. Come into my heart and fill it with your goodness and mercy. Loving Father, in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
